Chain is 20”Pendant is 3”x5”

Vintage photos, velvet flowers, tintype case cover, mother of pearl buckle, vintage chain and cross, plus an Emily Dickenson quote

I regret to tell you that rather than coming OUT of his quiet grave…this fellow is heading INTO it. Laid out in his Sunday best and surrounded by flowers, this original post mortem (after death) photograph was taken as a respectful and loving remembrance. No longer known by family (or too creepy to keep?), the photo was cast into the rubble of an estate being purged. The gentleman has been rescued and lovingly repurposed into a wearable work of art. It’s quite the statement piece to wear and is sure to garner comments when adorning a wall.
