The Crone asked the moon to send her true love, ever since she was a young maiden. There were men that turned her eye...and one in particular, stole her heart. Alas, but wasn't to be. So, she turned to Mother Earth and spent her days gathering herbs amd mosses for medicine.She enjoyed making a cozy wee cottage in the meadows. She loved her village and her village loved her. It took her all these years to realize that the Moon answered her wish.
This piece is made of Paperclay. Her dress is made of cotton. She has flax hair and holds a crescent moon of Labradorite ( protection)
